Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained

2 cans (16 oz. each) bush's chili beans with spicy chili sauce, undrained

1 large green or red bell pepper, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

4 ribs celery, chopped

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

2 tbsp. chili seasoning mix

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

1 (7-oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and drained

salt and pepper to taste grated sharp cheddar for topping at table

Directions:

1. In 5-qt. Slow Cooker combine first 9 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until heated through. Stir in macaroni and season with salt and pepper. Continue to heat until mixture has returned to serving temperature. Pass grated cheese at table to put on top of mixture.
