Ingredients:

5 lb of thin tough pork chops

2 cups of pineapple juice

onions

chili powder

meat tenderizer

Directions:

1. Take 5 lb of thin tough pork chops , place them in a Crock-Pot with 2 cups of pineapple juice, some onion, some chili powder and a little meat tenderizer.

2. Now cook on low for 12 hours and you have a house that smells fantastic and meat that melts in your mouth. You can serve it over any kind of potato or over rice.
