1 tin apples
150 ml flour
150 ml castor sugar
150 ml milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons oil
1. 1 tin apples - place in greased pie dish. Mix all together, expect 1 tin apples.
2. Once well mixed add 2 teaspoons baking powder. Pour mixture over the apples.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over. Bake at 180 for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
