Ingredients:

3 large eggs

1 can condensed milk

315 ml cake flour (150 g)

5 ml ground cinnamon

5 ml vanilla essence

30 ml soft margarine

10 ml baking powder

410 g can pie apples, chopped

smooth apricot jam for glaze

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180 º C. Grease a Good Living 679 ml Oval Stoneware dish, or similar.

2. In a 1.5 litre Good Living porcelain mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until fluffy and doubled in volume.

3. Beat in the condensed milk. Gently blend in the remaining ingredients.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.

5. Bake for 35 minutes.

6. Brush over a little warmed smooth apricot jam.
