2 lbs hamburger or ground turkey
1/2 cup diced onion
2 lg cans tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 cup of corn
1 sm can tomato paste
garlic powder
chili powder
salt, pepper
cayenne
red pepper flakes to taste
1. Brown 2 lbs hamburger or ground turkey with about 1/2 cup diced onion, drain fat. Pour in 2 lg cans tomato sauce, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 can red kidney beans, 1 cup of corn, 1 sm can tomato paste.
2. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, cayenne and red pepper flakes to taste. Let simmer with lid on for 1-4 hours.
