5 pounds of sausages or bratwursts
26 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 large vidalia onion
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
1. Combine everything in a Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours or on the high setting for 4 hours. Serve on Italian rolls with Provolone cheese.
