1 1/2 chicken
1 sweet potato, peeled and cut
8 oz mushrooms, cut in half
1 sm onion, cut
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt, black pepper and sage to taste
1 1/2 cups water
1. Place cut vegetables in the pot. Add water.
2. Season chicken and place on top of vegetables.
3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours for a small portion or 6-8 hours for a 3-4 chicken.
