1/2 c wild rice blend
12 oz pkg frozen cut okra
1 lg yellow onion, chopped
1 clove elephant garlic, diced
1/3 c frozen white corn kernels
1 hatch chile, roasted, peeled and chopped
2 fresh turkey thighs, trimmed of skin and excess fat
2 1/2 t cajun seasoning of choice
fresh chopped parsley
4 c water
1. Cooking on high for six hours.
2. Since this turkey is not natural, use extra caution by removing the skin and excess fat because this is where toxins are stored. Plus, there will be plenty enough fat and flavors from the meat.
