Ingredients:

brown the diced lamb

1 diced white onion

cup of peas

diced potato

pinch of salt and pepper

1 lamb stock cube

tbsp of tomato paste

long grain rice

Directions:

1. Brown the diced lamb in frying pan.

2. Then add to the slow cooker along with 1 diced white onion, cup of peas, and diced potato.

3. Pinch of salt and pepper, 1 lamb stock cube, tbsp of tomato paste. Cover with water and stir. 4. Cook for a good 5-6 hours on low. Stir approx every hour if you can. When 1/2 hour off serving add long grain rice. Serve when rice is cooked. Serve with crusty bread and best butter!
