Ingredients:

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 tbsp dried rosemary

1 tbsp dried mint

pinch of salt and pepper

4 lamb steaks, cubed

1 tbsp flour

1 stock cube

Directions:

1. Place lamb into a bowl with the marinade ingredients and allow to marinade for 1 hours.

2. Add to the Slow cooker with remaining ingredients, stir and add enough water to almost cover.

3. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. If time doesn't permit, the marinating step can be omitted and everything can be added to the Slow cooker at the start.
