6 lamb steaks, cubed
2 onions, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 tbsp. dried mint
10 baby potatoes, peeled and halved
2 lamb or beef stock cube
2 tbsp. flour
1. Add all the ingredients to the Slow cooker, add enough water to almost cover the lamb, season, stir and cook on low for 7 hours.
