3 oz. round grain rice
2 oz. sugar
1.5 pints milk
knob of butter
ground nutmeg
1. Lightly grease the pot.
2. Wash the rice, put into pot with sugar and milk, stir to mix thoroughly. Dot with small pieces of butter and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
4. Must admit to not making this for years.
