Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of mixed herbs

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of onion granules

2 teaspoons of chili powder

half a teaspoon of ground coriander

half a teaspoon of crushed chills

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 carton of passata

1 tin of red kidney beans (drained)

1 tin of chopped or plum tomatoes

mushrooms

frozen sweetcorn

1 bag of Quorn chicken pieces

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Put everything in your Slow cooker and cook on low for approx. 5 hours or high for approx. 3 hours.

2. Serve with herby potatoes; you could also serve with rice, jacket or Hasselback potatoes, jacket sweet potatoes, tortilla wraps, tortilla chips, pasta, salad, etc.
