1 pack of frozen Quorn mince
1 carton of passata
frozen sweetcorn
1 teaspoon each of - onion granules
garlic powder
cumin
mixed herbs
2 teaspoons of chili powder
pinch of salt and pepper
Hassel back potatoes
1. 2 hours on high. Serve with Hassel back potatoes done in halogen oven.
2. Tastes lovely already, may add some more chili powder at the end, and some grated cheese.
