Ingredients:

garlic granules

turmeric

paprika

onion granules

ground ginger

chili powder

cumin

garam masala

mustard seeds

medium curry powder

half a teaspoon of coriander

olive oil

1 tin of chick peas

small cup of red lentils

1 tin of plum tomatoes

frozen spinach

green beans

carrots

sweetcorn

cauliflower

Directions:

1. Add a drop of olive oil to Slow cooker and heat on high. Add 1 teaspoon each of first 11 ingredients.

2. Mix it up to a paste and leave for a couple of minutes. Then add - 1 tin of chick peas, a small cup of red lentils, 1 tin of plum tomatoes which broke up into smaller pieces.

3. Whatever veg you like. Use frozen spinach, green beans, carrots, sweetcorn, cauliflower.

4. Cook on high for approx. 4-5 hours. Serving with pitta bread.
