Ingredients:

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wingettes

1 med onion, chopped

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

1. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Place chicken on broiler pan and broil 8-10 minutes per side. Remove to a Slow cooker.

3. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over wings.

4. Cook 2 hours on high setting. Stir once during cooking.
