Ingredients:

2 pounds Jicama

1/4 cup cilantro leaves

salt and pepper

1/4 cup lime juice

Directions:

1. Combine the julienned jicama, chopped cilantro, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Sprinkle with lime juice and toss to coat.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
