1 pie shell
3 tablespoons stone ground mustard
1 cup mozzarella cheese
5 roma tomatoes, sliced
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
12 basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Slice tomatoes and place on paper towel to absorb tomato juice.
2. Spread Mustard on unbaked pie shell.
3. Top with 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese.
4. Layer tomatoes on top of cheese.
5. Mince 1/2 clove of garlic and spread on top of tomatoes.
6. Shake seasonings on next and place Basil leaves on top.
7. Shake a few drops of Olive Oil over the top.
8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on next and end with a few more shakes of Italian Seasoning.
9. Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until desired browning is achieved.
10. Serve warm.
