2 c cooked bite size chicken
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 cream of chicken soup
1 sm onion, diced
1 sm can water chestnuts, chopped
½ c white wine
4 eggs
8 oz swiss cheese, grated
8 oz muenster, grated
1 c mayonnaise
3 tbsp flour
salt & pepper
1. Makes 2 9" quiches. Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 pie plates with pie crust and flute edges.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Split into both pie plates. Bake for 40 minutes.
