Ingredients:

ready to use puff pastry

2 tuna cans(drain all excess liquids)

2 eggs

1 big thinly slice onions

chopped coriander and mint

salt to taste

half tsp of cracked pepper

half tsp of chili powder

half tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)

half cup of self-rising flour

half cup of grated cheese

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together without the flour, then add self-rising flour to combine everything together, the consistency should be like a dough.

2. Roll flat the puff pastry to half an inch high, egg brush the puff all over and add the tuna mixture and close it. Cut into desire length and set on a baking tray lining with wax paper, egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

3. Cook in a 180-c preheated oven for 20 to 30 mins or until golden brown.
