2 puff pastry sheets
4 tbsp of custard powder
3 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
6 tbsp of sugar
2 cups of water
1 tsp of unsalted butter
pinch of yellow food coloring
1. Cook everything on a low heat until thicken, and set aside to cool completely.
2. After the custards is completely cool, whisk it until creamy, remember it will curdle after cooling down.
3. Then add a layer in one corner only and fold, cut into desire size and make little cuts top and brush with eggs and sprinkle with some sugar, and cook for 20mins in an 180c preheated oven, and serve hot.
