1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
red pepper
1 lb. smoked sausage
1. Cut smoked sausage into bite size pieces and brown in frying pan.
2. Drain sausage and place in casserole dish.
3. In medium dutch oven, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
4. Stir and bring to slow boil. Pour mixture over sausages and serve.
5. To place this finished dish in the oven for 20-30 minutes to thicken
