¼ cup white vinegar
1 cup water or pineapple juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp soya sauce
¼ cup ketchup
1. Mix all ingredients and pour over cooked meatballs. Add chunked green/red peppers, onions and pineapple as desired.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 mins until vegetables are tender or place in poton high for 2 hrs.
