2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
½ tbsp. garlic, minced
2 cups bisquick baking mix
¾ cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup cold water
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Melt butter in a small bowl in microwave or over low heat in a small frying pan. Once butter is melted, add ½ tbsp. minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove butter and garlic from heat and add parsley. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add cold water and mix just until mixed. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and brush or drizzle garlic butter and parsley onto biscuits. Bake for 5-6 additional minutes until biscuits are golden brown. Only 80 Calories per biscuit. 2 WW points.
