Ingredients:
1 box of chicken stock
2-carrots, julienned
3-ribs of celery, sliced
half of a large onion, diced
5lb bag of yukon gold potatoes, chunked
1pkg of smoked sausage, chunked
one pint of heavy cream
2-tsps. mrs. dash garlic & herb seasoning
2-tsps. parsley
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. Put stock into pot then add veggies and seasonings, cook till tender. Take veggies out of pot and place chunked potatoes in stock, cook till tender. You may need to add some water to cover the potatoes.
- 2. Put sausage in a skillet with a cup of water, heat till it boils and remove from heat. Put veggies and sausage along with the liquid from the sausage into the stock pot. Stir and add the heavy cream. Yukon potatoes are the best to use because they aren't too soft.
