Ingredients:

4 pounds spare ribs - trim off excess fat

2 tbsp season salt

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp vinegar

18 oz low sugar BBQ sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

1. Cut ribs to fit in crock pot. Season ribs with season salt.

2. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredient until combined. Put first layer of ribs in crock pot. Pour 1/2 of BBQ mixture over ribs, repeat with remaining ribs and sauce.

3. Coat ribs as much as possible.

4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, until meat is tender. Remove from Crock Pot and place on hot grill for 2-3 minutes per side until a little charred.
