3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 water
1/2 tsp him. pink sea salt
1/2 c unblanched almond flour
1t coconut flour
coconut oil
1. 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg (large), 1/4 water, 1/2 tsp him. pink sea salt, whisk together vigorously, add 1/2 c unblanched almond flour and 1t coconut flour, 1 t melted coconut oil (you could substitute butter for a little more color/flavor) and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour onto a hot griddle lightly coconut-oiled, tip the griddle pan in a circular manner to allow the loose batter to "flow" over the outer edges (Batter should be about the consistency of whipped eggs, rather loose) allow to cook over medium heat until it just starts to brown lightly, flip with a spatula.
