Ingredients:

4 oz of flour

2 oz of butter

1.5 oz of sugar

ice cream

Directions:

1. Cook on high for two hours with tea towel under lid.

2. Chop up some rhubarb and cook on high with a table spoon of water and a sprinkle of sugar for 15 mins. Sprinkle crumble mix over the top

3. Whilst rhubarb is softening make up crumble mix.

4. Served with ice cream.
