Ingredients:

1 small tilapia or pomfret on any fish of your choice

1 tbsp low fat curd

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 green chilli chopped fine

1 tbsp chopped

coriander leaves

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

salt to taste

Directions:

1. Wash and clean fish and make deep slits on both sides of fish.

2. Mix all the ingredients and coat the fish well with the mix and marinate for 15 mins.

3. Bake at 200 degrees C for 25 mins)

4. Serve hot with a sprinkle of chopped coriander and squeeze of lemon.
