Simple Seasoned Baked Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

2 pound bag Panamei Whiting or Tilapia Fish Fillets

5 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom of rectangular pan

2. Cut fish fillets into 4 serving pieces if needed. Place fish pieces in the pan. Mix melted butter or margarine, lemon juice, salt, and paprika; drizzle over fish.

3. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
