Ingredients:

tilapia cutlets sold at heb, frozen

asparagus (frozen)

cherry tomatoes

1 juice of a lg. lemon (sauce)

zest from 1 lemon (sauce)

1/4 cup lemon pepper seasoning (heavy on breadcrumbs in this store-bought mixture) (sauce)

Directions:

1. Use Adams lemon pepper sear and crust. Place liquid mixture on fish.

2. Olive oil and salt and pepper on asparagus. Cut tomatoes in half. Bake at 400 for 25 min. Oil bottom of dish. Add a little of water to keep fish from drying out. You can use stock. Cook uncovered.
