Ingredients:

1 rotisserie chicken (short cut, with awesome flavor)

3 boxes of Chicken Stock

1 stick of butter

Salt and pepper

2 sleeves of saltine crackers

2 cups of milk

Directions:

1. Pull and shred chicken off the bone and into smaller pieces, pour the chicken stock, and milk into a boiler, add butter and salt and bring to a boil (decipher how much salt to your liking) then add your chicken and cook for a few more minutes then reduce to a simmer/ put on low.

2. Crush up two sleeves of saltine crackers (finely) add to boiler. At first it will look as if it may not come together but after about 10 to 15 minutes it does! Serve with hot sauce or ketchup.
