pack of diced swede
4 medium potatoes (cut into cubes)
4 diced chicken breasts
1. Put all the ingredients into slow cooker. Add 1.5 liters of chicken stock, salt, pepper and mixed herbs to taste. Gravy granules to thicken.
2. Made dumplings as per suet packet instructions and add those for the last 1.5 hours. Serve with crusty bread.
3. Cooked on low for 6hrs, 15 mins.
