1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4thick
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cups fresh green or red pepper strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice
1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Push to one side of skillet.
3. Heat remaining oil. Add peppers, onion and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
4. Add Worcestershire. Heat through. Serve over rice.
