1 onion diced
1 large carrot diced
2 stalks celery diced
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 large can tomatoes diced
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup green beans (frozen or fresh)
1 can kidney beans(rinsed)
1 can cannellini beans(rinsed)
1teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to your taste
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 italian sausage chopped
pasta (whatever kind you like, cook it separate)
1. Sweat the onions and celery, then add sausage.
2. Add rest of veggies and can of tomatoes.
3. Put in your spices and chicken broth and bring to a boil, then lower to simmer.
4. It’s done when your veggies are cooked. Cook pasta separate so it doesn’t take over the soup.
