1 small onion - diced
2 stalks celery - diced
3 cloves garlic - minced
3 links hot italian sausage
1 medium potato - diced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cube of bouillon
2-3 cups water
1 16 oz can diced tomato
1 16 oz can green beans
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
oregano
basil
1. Saute onion, celery, potato, in garlic in olive oil.
2. Add the precooked sausage. Let cook for 10 minutes, add the water and the bouillon.
3. Add the tomato and green beans.
4. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano to taste. Let simmer until the vegetables are soft.
