1 bag of gardein beefless ground
1 1/2 boxes vegetable broth
1 jar tomato sauce or pasta sauce
1 large can of italian diced tomatoes (not drained)
2-3 diced bell peppers
1 medium sweet onion diced
1 cup cooked rice
a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic
garlic powder
onion powder
marjoram
thyme
rosemary
fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp brown sugar
smoked paprika
badia complete seasoning
celery seed
1. Add peppers, onions, and minced garlic into soup pot and cook until translucent and peppers are soft; coat veggies and garlic with seasonings.
2. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and veggie broth and spices; stir to combine; add more spices if needed. Add gardein and stir.
3. Simmer on medium-low heat for 15-30 min. Add cooked rice and simmer for another 15 min or so.
