2 boxes Fast Cooking Original Recipe Long Grain & Wild Rice
3 or 4 green onions
6 tablespoons margarine
12 c water
½ c chicken soup base
¾ c flour
4 c half & half
1. Cook Rice according to pkg directions.
2. Cut up onions and saute slightly in margarine.
3. In a large pot, heat to boiling the water and chicken soup base.
4. Add the flour to the onions and margarine, mix.
5. Add flour and onion to hot soup base alternating with cooked wild rice. Heat to boiling. Add half and half. Serve.
