2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup matchstick carrots
2 cups cooked chicken
10 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon of each: rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and sage
10 oz uncooked wild rice blend
1 cup heavy cream
1. Set PC to Saute or Sear (depending on your machine). It should set automatically to 5 minutes. Saute butter, garlic, onion, celery, and carrots for that time.
2. Add chicken, broth, spices, and rice. Mix well. Set PC to Soup and set the timer to 30 minutes. Once it is done cooking, release the pressure manually.
3. Add heavy cream and stir to incorporate.
