1 lb beef, cubed
(1/4 cut) 1 head cabbage
4 med-large carrots sliced
3 ribs celery sliced
3 med onions diced
4 med potatoes diced
salt and pepper
3 beef cubes
1. Fry beef dark brown, with salt and pepper.
2. Boil meat for 1 hour.
3. Add celery, carrots and onions for 15 minutes. Add cabbage for 10 minutes. Add potatoes.
