turkey broth
1 turkey carcass
½ onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
salt and pepper
1. Add turkey carcass, onion, celery, and seasonings to to large pot.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Remove bones and strain out remaining vegetables and meat.
4. Set aside. Let bones cool and pick off meat.
