1 cabbage
6 large scallions
8-10 glasses of water
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 green peppers
1 package of lipton onion soup mix
Buillion cubes (1-2)
1-2 cans of tomatoes (diced)
1 bunch of celery
1. Put all the vegetables in a big soup pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and boil gently for 10 minutes.
3. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until all the vegetables are soft.
4. Stir in the black pepper and chopped herbs. This soup can be served hot or cold.
