1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 t. ketchup
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain the grease and add the onion.
2. Cook for 4-5 minutes to soften the onion. Once done, put the meat in the Slow Cooker and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Leftovers can be frozen.
