Ingredients:

10 Apples (peeled, cored and cubed)

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup water

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into the Slow Cooker. Cook on the high setting for one hour. Then turn to low setting for approximately 6 more hours. Stir occasionally.

2. Once finished, eat as is for a chunkier consistency, or puree it in a blender for a smoother consistency.
