Ingredients:

an onion

tiny pieces of beef

salt

pepper

couple of cans of roasted tomatoes

half a can of tomato paste

three or four table spoons of cumin or more

chili powder

paprika 1 table spoon or so

fritos

shredded cheddar cheese

table spoon of sour cream

Directions:

1. Dice an onion and a half, put it into the Slow Cooker on low along with the tiny pieces of beef. Salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 1.5 hours stir occasionally. You’ll have a nice amount of liquid love from the meat and onions!

2. Add a couple of cans of roasted tomatoes, and half a can of tomato paste. Three or four table spoons of Cumin or more, Chili Powder, the amount here is all about preference. Paprika 1 table spoon or so. Let cook for another hour or and add flour, few table spoons to thicken it up.

3. Then keep cooking! Keep checking and stirring like your famous tomato sauce. 6-7 hours on the Slow Cooker on low. Put Fritos in the bottom of the bowl, and shredded Cheddar Cheese, with a table spoon of sour cream on top.
