Ingredients:

500 g chicken strips

1 cup of rice

2 cups of water

a pinch of salt

a pinch of pepper

half of an onion finely chopped

1 table spoon of turmeric ground

1 table spoon of cumin seeds

1 teaspoon of garlic granules

Directions:

1. Slow cooked - high 1 hour 15 minutes (or untill water is absorbed).

2. For the chili chicken use Maggi chicken in a bag. Lush in the oven not in slow cooker.
