Ingredients:

1 tin corned beef diced

4/5 potatoes diced

1 large onion finely chopped

1 carrot sliced

baked beans

2 beef stock cubes

1 1/2 pints boiling water

Directions:

1. If your Slow cooker has a removable bowl, take it out. If not you can cook this recipe straight in the Slow cooker.

2. Layer the corned beef, onion, baked beans and potatoes on top of each other. Add seasoning if you wish.

3. Mix the stock cubes with hot water. Pour the stock over the ingredients so it just covers everything.

4. If you removed the bowl put it back in the Slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

5. If you want to make the sauce thicker, add a sprinkling of gravy granules.

6. Serve hot with veg or pickled red cabbage. Also great with good old bread and butter if you want to go for the full comfort food effect!

Bon Appetit!
