Ingredients:

1 well trimmed and chopped ham steak or 2 cups if you have leftover ham

3 potatoes works out to 1 per person

1/2 lb green beans works well with peas too if you prefer

1/2 handful of chopped red onion

5 baby carrots per person

1 1/2 cups of chicken broth

salt

pepper

garlic & onion powder to taste

Directions:

1. 3 1/2 -4 hours on high or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
