olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
2 white onions
1 lb beef mince
5 to 6 cans of chopped tomatoes
bay leaves dried
basil dried
oregano dried
italian mixed herbs tsp
2 tbsp white or brown sugar
1. Chop the onion and garlic and heat the oil in a pan and saute until soft.
2. In another pan Brown the mince but do not cook threw.
3. Add half the cans of tomatoes to the Slow cooker along with half the onion garlic and herbs.
4. Stir in mince and the rest of the ingredients along with the sugar and stir well.
5. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours stirring occasionally.
