Ingredients:

500g minced lamb

2 tablespoons tomato puree

1/2 can chopped tom

2 medium onions

4 garlic cloves

1 cup of frozen peas (defrosted)

80ml hot beef or vegetable stock (2 cubes)

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon turmeric

1½ teaspoons garam masala

1½ chilli pepper

Directions:

1. Just browned off mince onion and garlic and then literally added everything to Slow cooker and mixed it up.

2. Cook on 1 hr on high and further 5 hrs on low.
